Edward W. Garrison, graduate of The University of Texas School of Law. Admitted to Texas Bar in May, 1999. I have experience briefing attorneys and drafting pleadings in various issues including, school law, insurance litigation, employment law, entertainment law, product liability, consumer law, DTPA, ERISA, and the ADA. My strength is in legal research, analysis and advocacy, but my practical skills go beyond that and include real world problem solving (knowing how to get things done) and potential strength in client development. I am a "wiz" on WestLaw and am proficient in doing online legal research. [for my online resume without pics click: resume only.]

He won't look at you straight in the eye.
His lips are moving.

"...isms"

  • Driving skills are a great indicator of a person's general overall competence.
  • Never ask for a short, tall, or grande...its small, medium, or large!
  • Every once in a while go outdoors and be a savage.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less travelled by,
And that has made all the difference.
--from Robert Frost's The Road Not Taken

I am a part of all that I have met;
Yet all experience is an arch wherethrough
Gleams that untravelled world whose margin fades
Forever and forever when I move.
How dull it is to pause, to make an end,
To rust unburnished, not to shine in use!
As though to breathe were life!
--from Tennyson's Ulysses

Without deviation, progress is not possible.
--Frank Zappa

I find the great thing in this world is not so much where we stand,
as in what direction we are moving.
--Oliver Wendell Holmes, 1858

Every act of rebellion expresses a nostalgia for innocence
and an appeal to the essence of being. --Albert Camus

What I've done I've willed
And what I've willed I will do!

Hope is a good thing; it may be the best thing there is.
